Everyone talks about managing performance but how do you actually do it?


This program explores and addresses some fundamental capabilities required to manage your performance and increase your ability to achieve desired results. Your capabilities are developed from the intentionality with which you approach and embrace the entirety of your life experiences,  school and work are simply aspects. 


The program experience is based on digital learning content, supported by the "living your life with purpose" group and optional, but recommended, coaching.

The digital content has three parts. Each part requires you to demonstrate an understanding of the principles by applying them to assignments that are included in the digital package. The assignments serve as a way to assess your ability to apply the concepts and prompt questions and discussions in the program. 

  • Part I: Performance - understanding and deconstructing performance activities

  • Part II: Capabilities - understanding and identifying performance-enabling knowledge and skills

  • Part III: Action Plans - understanding and defining learning actions to address performance-enabling knowledge and skill gaps

Examples of Program Applications

There are four coaching extension packages for which you can sign up if you want to keep working on the program goals beyond the core program.
