About the program

Why take this Program?

When you can achieve the results you want by just trying harder, it means you are capable, just need more effort.

When trying harder doesn’t get you the results, it means you need to more domain knowledge or professional skills than you currently posses and thus you activate the development efforts.

In the same way, when your development efforts produce the increase in capability that help you achieve the results you want, it means you have adequate capacity for development.

However, if your development efforts are not increasing your capability enough to help you achieve the results you want, it means you need to increase and expand your capacity for development, meta-competent (cognitive, emotional and social), which also means developing your self-development skills.

For example, increasing your meta-cognitive abilities so you can be more effective at sensing the changing conditions of perfomance and dynamically adapting your knowledge and skills to achieve desired results, avoiding being negatively impacted by your own beliefs, biases and assumptions.

This micro-development experience helps you learn how to expand your capacity for development by focusing on your meta-competencies which will enable your development efforts to be more effective in impacting your performance.
